Privacy policy

Olie by DRT Technologies and the DRT Technologies website.

Effective September 16, 2026

Who handles your information

DRT Technologies, LLC operates Olie by DRT Technologies and drttechnologies.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, use Olie, or authorize a connected service. For privacy questions, contact ryan@drttechnologies.com.

When a business uses Olie to manage its customers, staff or projects, that business decides what information it puts into the service and how it uses it. We process those records to provide Olie for that business. Its own privacy notice also applies to its relationship with you.

Information we receive

  • Contact and account information: names, email addresses, business details, account roles, messages and information you submit through forms or support requests.
  • Business records: information a customer chooses to store, such as leads, customer contacts, projects, documents, media, invoices, payment records and costs.
  • Connected services: account and property identifiers, authorization credentials, and the records covered by the permissions a customer grants.
  • Website and service activity: requested pages, timestamps, browser or device information, errors, security events and network information processed by our hosting and security services. Our public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and loads fonts from Google Fonts; those providers receive the requests needed to deliver their services.

Connected marketing accounts, including TikTok

Where available and enabled, Olie lets a business authorize its own advertising, social media, search and analytics accounts. Integrations can include TikTok, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, YouTube, Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Reddit. Availability depends on provider approval and the features enabled for the customer; listing a service here does not mean it is currently connected or available.

For authorized reporting connections, we receive the selected account identifiers and permitted performance data, such as campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, engagement, search queries and conversion metrics. We use those records to show the customer's performance reports and compare marketing activity and costs with its own leads, revenue, refunds and delivery costs. Authorization tokens are used to obtain the permitted reports and are handled on the server, not displayed in public reports.

These reporting connections do not authorize us to change advertising budgets, bids, targeting or posts. We do not use connected marketing data to build advertising audiences for other businesses, sell it, or make it available to unrelated customers. A provider's own privacy policy applies to its services and to information you provide directly to it.

Website attribution and trackable links

When a customer enables website tracking, Olie can receive campaign tags, link identifiers, page or conversion events and a lead reference to associate marketing activity with that customer's records. The website operator is responsible for its notices and consent choices. Where tracking requires consent, it must be enabled only after that consent. You can decline optional tracking through the website's controls. Hosting and security logs may still be processed to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use information

We use information to deliver the requested service, authenticate users, maintain customer records, produce reports, answer inquiries, provide support, detect abuse, troubleshoot problems and meet legal obligations. We use business contact information to respond to requests and communicate about the service. You can ask us to stop promotional messages.

Sharing and customer control

Access is limited to the customer's authorized users and to people or service providers who need it to operate, host, secure or support the service. These can include hosting, storage, communications and payment providers, and services the customer chooses to connect. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.

Customer business content remains the customer's. We do not sell personal information or use one customer's private records to serve another customer. We do not use connected-platform data to train generalized AI models. Our customer-data policy prohibits transferring customer content or customer-derived learning into systems serving other companies. Outside AI services, when enabled by a customer, are subject to the disclosed provider terms and the customer's choices.

Security and retention

We use access controls, tenant separation and protections for stored credentials to safeguard information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in information private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We retain information while needed to provide the service, comply with the customer's agreement, resolve disputes and satisfy legal or security obligations. Disconnecting an integration stops future authorized imports; it does not automatically erase previously imported business reports. Deletion requests are handled separately. Backup copies and records we must retain for legal, accounting or security purposes may remain after active records are deleted, subject to the applicable retention requirements.

Access, correction, disconnection and deletion

You can revoke a connected app's access in the provider's account settings. Where available, you can also disconnect it in Olie. To request a copy, correction or deletion of information held by DRT, email ryan@drttechnologies.com with the subject "Olie privacy request" and identify the business or account concerned. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.

If your information belongs to a business customer's records, contact that business first. We can help route your request and assist the customer in responding. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

Location and children

DRT is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Olie is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a materially different purpose.
