How we work

How a DRT project runs, written down.

Most of what goes wrong in this kind of relationship goes wrong because nobody wrote down how it was supposed to run. Here's how ours runs.

01  The process

How a project runs.

Same steps, same order, every time. You'll always know which one we're on and what it needs from you. It's the same discipline Olie by DRT Technologies was built on: one record of the work, and a person signs off on anything that matters.

01

Walk the operation

We start on site, not in a slide deck. How do leads come in, who answers them, where does a job stall, what do customers ask before they call? That day tells us what the site, the media and the software actually need to do, and it's usually not what the brief said.

02

Build the system you approve

Brand, palette, type and voice get written down as a real design system before any page or video gets made. You approve it once. After that every piece pulls from the same source, which is why the website, the videos and the Instagram still look like one company a year later.

03

Produce it in house

Drone, 360 capture, 3D modeling and rendering, color, edit and code, on our own equipment. We plan the capture day around everything it has to feed, so one shoot covers the site photography, the walkthrough and weeks of short-form. The same team shoots and edits.

04

Launch on infrastructure you own

Domains in your name, hosting and delivery on Cloudflare under your account, billed at cost with your approval. Every page ships prerendered with structured data and wired into search consoles and analytics on day one.

05

Run it with you

Then it becomes a monthly rhythm. Requests are scheduled inside forty-eight hours, every approval and delivery is on the record, and the report ties traffic to leads. Your point of contact is the person doing the work.

02  The relationship

Project or retainer. Your call.

Some work is a project: a site, a shoot, a launch, quoted and delivered. For a business that sells continuously, though, a one-time project is often the wrong shape. It peaks the day it launches and decays from there, which is why we also offer the retainer.

  A one-time build A partnership
PeaksLaunch dayEvery month it runs
Your cashOne hit in one quarterSpread and predictable
When things changeChange orderHandled in the monthly plan
Who maintains itYou hire someoneUs, as the job
Who carries riskYou, paid up frontUs, and you can leave

Somebody has to maintain it, and that's the part nobody budgets for. The usual outcome of a handed-over build is a stale site and a redesign quote eighteen months later.

03  The commitments

What a retainer with us actually means.

48-hour scheduling

Any request for content, media or web work is acknowledged and scheduled within forty-eight hours. Not delivered in forty-eight hours; scheduled. You'll know what it needs from you and when it lands. It's usually the same day.

Revisions that fix the work

Every package names its revision rounds and we fix genuine errors within them, without treating real feedback as scope creep. Additional rounds are agreed in writing, and DRT leads creative direction on media.

A real approval path

One named approver. Standing approval for everyday work so it never stalls, explicit approval for anything that makes a promise: prices, offers, availability, legal language. If something publishes wrong, it comes down the same day. No debate, no change order.

Access under your ownership

Wherever a platform allows it we work under our own named login on your account, so you can see what we can do and remove us in one click. Where an account needs setup first we'll say so, and once proper access exists we'll ask you to rotate anything shared.

04  Ownership

You own the work. We own our tools.

We put ownership in writing at the start.

Yours, outright
  • Brand system and every file behind it
  • All domains, in your name and your account
  • Websites, pages and content
  • Photography and video for your use (see media terms)
  • 3D models, renders and tours
  • Articles, copy and the media library
  • Your accounts, your data, every report
Ours
  • Olie by DRT Technologies, our operations platform
  • Production pipelines and internal tooling
  • Proprietary methods and algorithms
  • Anything we built before the engagement
Where our tooling is embedded in something you own, you keep a perpetual, no-cost right to use it as delivered. Nothing we built for you stops working because we stopped working together.

If it ends

Every login and credential turned over in writing. Registrar and DNS control transferred. All files, footage and models delivered in open formats. Our access removed. No exit fee and nothing held back.
